COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric CR122A08402AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lisk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precision-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lisk such as the S2456 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PDZ24VDC2NO2NC manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEI5025 by Manufacturer Precision-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grs Brand A62452B257263862 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nec such as MR623S equipment made by Nec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3S7511KF104B1 made by General-Electric as well as the popular 890635S original spares produced by Goodall Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8501XDO20XDLV53 by Square-D and MR623S spares by Nec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8000X3052 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kilovac. |
